Letters of Confirmation
Letters of Confirmation are requested by completing the Letter of the Confirmation request form and submitting it with the $7.00 processing fee.

  • The processing fee will be charged to you via your sport and recreation account. You will be notified about the charge via email and will be able to make payment using a credit card in the next few weeks.
  • Please submit your Letter of Confirmation request form with a filename as follows:
    FirstName LastName student id number LOC form.pdf
    (example: John Smith 1001231234 LOC form.pdf")

 

RESP Forms / other enrolment confirmation form (for example, CPP)
Registered Education Saving Plan confirmation forms for the current academic session can be signed at no extra charge.

  • Please submit your prefilled RESP form or other enrolment confirmation form with a filename as follows:
    FirstName LastName student id number RESP form.pdf

    (example: John Smith 1001231234 RESP form.pdf")
    FirstName LastName student id number CPP form.pdf
    (example: John Smith 1001231234 CPP form.pdf")
    FirstName LastName student id number other form.pdf
    (example: John Smith 1001231234 other form.pdf")

  • Students who do not have forms provided by their RESP provider may request a Letter of Confirmation ($7.00 fee).
